Letting go

Sometimes the simplest way to change something if you aren’t satisfied or content with it, is to let go of it. To literally (or metaphorically) throw it in the bin.

This could be an object (or objects that have now become clutter). It could be certain thoughts, feelings or actions. It could also be values and beliefs that may have been useful to you at some point in your life but which are now working against you. It could also be a person or persons.

Can you make a list of all the things that are not satisfactory to you in your life - and which you would like to step away from? Realistically, how many of them can you let go of? Or, if this seems too drastic, how many of them can you attempt to salvage and repair?
