Process of Change
Part 8 - Holding yourself to account

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

Viktor Frankl
We have just about come to the end of the Process of Change section. Where does this leave you now, we wonder?

Perhaps you have already made great strides in improving the quality of your life? Perhaps you are still umming and ah-ing as to the merits of investing time in yourself? Whichever stage you are at, there are a couple of (final) questions that you may benefit from considering at this very moment in time, namely:

Where do I go next?

No one else is going to truly hold you to account, so, we guess, you have a number of decisions to make for yourself.

Could this be the end of your association with yourself and your wellness – or could it be just the beginning?

Do you have enough knowledge and tools to guide you onwards, or do you need to do some more research?

Could you reach out to others and join a support group or set up/be part of an SD workshop?

Would you like to share your (anonymised) experience or story or your suggestions within the Self Detective fraternity?

Is there more exploration you would like to do beyond the realms of SD?

If you wish to continue to invest time in your well-being, how much time – and when, where, how and with what?

If not, that is fair enough, although maybe you will come back every now and then when you feel you need to.

Whatever you do – we wish you well.
We hope we have been of some use to you.

All the best & good luck!
