Mapping out ourselves

Below is an incomplete list of the different types of self that we may be experiencing or focusing on at any moment in time.

Which of your selves are you most familiar with? Which of your selves are you least aware of? Which self would benefit from getting more love and attention? Which one(s) might be best served to help and support other selves?
