Going on a mission
If you have the time, the focus, the skills, the tools, the motivation, the energy, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from going on a wellness mission of your own. What this might look like is entirely up to you. Here are some missions that other people have gone on:
Understanding who I am. Working out who I want to be. Resolving my conflicts. Changing my mindset. Overcoming my fears. Improving my self-worth. Recovering from trauma. Taking control of my life. Learning to enjoy life. Telling my story. Setting a goal. Undertaking a journey. Reducing my distress. Finding meaning and purpose.
