Wellness Calendar: Friday 31 October

My own learning
If you’ve read the entries for this month, there’s a lot to digest when it comes to our own relationship with learning, with information we actively seek and that which we don’t (but that we still have to deal with). Then there’s the small matter of our wellness and how we might learn things that can directly improve the quality of our lives.
Here are some questions to prompt some general reflections:
Have you considered taking stock of your learning, both that which you have had, and that which you could still have?
Can you treat knowledge neutrally, or is it always politicised or weaponised? Do you use knowledge like a currency - when you are communicating with other people?
What lessons do you take away from your formal education? Do you have areas of learning that you currently enjoy or that stimulate you in some way? Or have you closed the door on learning?
How open are you to viewing information in different ways, using different approaches? How far are you prepared to go to seek knowledge that is currently too complex to easily assimilate?
Are you afraid to enter into the exploration of yourself for fear of what you might uncover? How much of what you do in your day to day life are you able to account for? What gaps of knowledge do you have about yourself?
