Earthing

As wellness exercises go, placing your bare feet onto grass must be one of the easiest of tasks, providing you have access to greenery. The process is known as earthing. The rationale is also pretty straightforward. Some electromagnetic waves that circle around us are a force for ill, while the ground’s electric charge is a power for good. If we can ‘ground’ ourselves for regular periods of time we can – so the claims go – reduce inflammation, pain and insomnia, while increasing our general energy levels.
