Life-long wellness-focused learning
How cool would it be to learn how to be wellness-focused, so that once we’ve developed the necessary skills and tools, we could keep that part of us ticking over while we got on with our day-to-day life; so that one part of us could inform and intervene as and when required?
Here at Self Detective we’re focused on improving the quality of people’s lives through self-empowered means. One of the main ways we can all do this, individually and collectively, is through acquiring the knowledge and experiences to suit our needs, and by constant reflection.
We hope that once all the calendar entries are freely available, from January to December, there’ll be enough wellness-focused material for people to see how they might set up their own individuated agency of well-being.
