Psychological suicide

The word ‘physical’ means all the things about us that are not psychological; all things that are not related to our mind, such as our body, our flesh, our organs, etc. Psychological mean all things related to our mind, our thinking, our feeling, our actions, our relationships; in essence, all the things about us that are not physical.

The definition of physiological suicide is to end one’s life; to kill oneself.
The definition of psychological suicide is to kill off our psychological misery and suffering by ending the psychological life we once led.

Physiological suicide ends in death.
Psychological suicide ends in a re-birth, a re-boot, a re-set.
Physiological suicide allows for no other possibilities than death.
Psychological suicide allows for the possibility of a new dawn, a new beginning, and, if need be, starting again completely from scratch.

Just as things can be constructed, so they can be deconstructed.
And just as things can be deconstructed, so they can be reconstructed.
