Coping Strategies
Part 17 - Coping planner

When.
Where.
How.
With what.
With whom.

In this section, we will be looking at different ways to:

  • Start up a new coping strategy
  • Start up a new routine
  • Change from one coping strategy to another one
  • Focus on your emotional and problem-solving needs
  • Look at ways to manage a relapse
  • Work out when, where, what and with whom makes you stressed, anxious and/or depressed
  • Work out when, where, how, with what and with whom makes you unstressed, less anxious and less depressed.

We will also be bringing everything together from each of the previous sections so that you can, if you wish, begin to formulate a wide-ranging plan of action.
